I saw this after a dist upgrade from Lubuntu 24.04 LTS to 26.04 LTS. Qlipper works fine except the shortcut key does not produce the menu. It's definitely binding to the key because running Parcellite when Qlipper is running gives `Binding '<Ctrl><Alt>H' failed`.
