Public bug reported:

python-anndata 0.12.16-1 has been in stonking-proposed for ~135 days. It
isn't in stonking release.

Its autopkgtests pass on amd64, amd64v3, arm64 and ppc64el, but have never
passed on armhf or i386 in stonking (47/42 runs, 0 passes), so they count as
regressions for a new package:
- armhf: test dependencies uninstallable (python3-pyarrow isn't built on
armhf), badpkg.
- i386: pandas import fails in the partial i386 test environment (pytz: No
module named '_sysconfigdata__i386-linux-gnu').

The archive team has repeatedly chosen not to carry it:
- noble: removed (Debian #1044054, removed in Debian, incompatible with pandas)
- oracular: removed (LP: #2077308, no rdeps, removed in testing)
- resolute: 0.12.0~rc1-1 deleted from release, "Recall after britney release"

Debian: only in unstable (0.13.4-2), not in testing or trixie; also
blocked by autopkgtest failures on armhf, i386, riscv64 and s390x. No
bugs.

Upstream (scverse/anndata) is very active (0.13.4, 2026-09).

Nothing in stonking depends on it. Please remove python-anndata from
stonking-proposed; it can come back next cycle once Debian gets 0.13.x
into testing.
