One additional bit of info I forgot to include in the original report, both videos play back just fine in Dolphin's preview pane. Open Dolphin, click the hamburger menu, hover over Show Panels, and check Information. Then click on either of the videos and click the play button in the preview pane. Both video and audio are played back without issues.
