libtensorpipe-cuda-0 [ppc64el] libtensorpipe-cuda-dev [ppc64el] The 0.0~git20220513.bb1473a-6build1 no-change rebuild in stonking- proposed has been blocked for 255 days by "missing build on ppc64el". The last successful ppc64el build was -6 in plucky (2024-12). NVIDIA dropped ppc64el after CUDA 12.4; the CUDA 12.5 packages in Debian experimental are built only for amd64 and arm64. amd64, amd64v3 and arm64 build fine. armhf, riscv64 and s390x are in dependency wait (no CUDA there) and never had binaries.
