Include the error and these key facts:
Ubuntu 24.04 (noble), nullboot 0.5.3 and 0.5.0 both fail during configuration.
nullbootctl reports cannot add new assets from /usr/lib/linux/efi: ... no such
file or directory.
dpkg -S /usr/lib/linux/efi finds no package owner.
/boot/efi is mounted, and /boot/efi/EFI/ubuntu contains Ubuntu EFI files.
