These binaries are not installed in the deb, causing these components to be
unusable:
usr/bin/dxa
usr/bin/dxa-3.7
usr/bin/dxl
usr/bin/dxl-3.7
usr/bin/dxopt
usr/bin/dxopt-3.7
usr/bin/dxr
usr/bin/dxr-3.7
usr/bin/dxv-3.7

Attempt to run any of the above binaries
Expected: They should resolve
Actual: They fail to resolve
[ Where problems could occur ]
Regression potential is low since these binaries were outright missing.
If for some reason some application depends on these binaries not being
present, that application could be regressed.
