Public bug reported:

bible-kjv 4.42 has been stuck in stonking-proposed for ~151 days:
missing build on ppc64el, where -O3 and -Werror trip:

  tsl.c:639:32: error: argument 1 range [18446744056529682432,
18446744073709551608] exceeds maximum object size 9223372036854775807
[-Werror=alloc-size-larger-than=]

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bible-kjv/4.42/+build/32844797

tsl_wnum (an int read from the data file) is used unchecked as a malloc
size multiplier; gcc sees the negative range. Debian 4.44 doesn't change
this (Debian builds ppc64el at -O2).

Fix (4.42ubuntu1): reject a non-positive window count after reading it,
and use an unsigned count in the allocation. Verified the tsl.c compile
with the ppc64el cross compiler at -O3/-O2 (fails before, passes after),
and a full amd64 package build plus a verse lookup.
