Issue description We hit boot hang in repeated reboot cycles on NVL-S with display, 9 hangs hit in 24 cycles. Setup: NVL-S board with display connected, serial connected as well. Root cause: upstream bug in plymouth. Fix is already tracked and implemented in upstream and Redhat but not yet in Canonical.
