After a check, distro-info reference the correct bug for adding
get_all_series():

- fix exporting convert_date

* Support Ubuntu Pro with Legacy add-on (LP: #2131678):

- perl: add UbuntuDistroInfo.supported_legacy
* Add autopkgtest for testing libdistro-info-perl
