** Description changed:

- This kernel fails to boot, both on Openstack and Testflinger. Noticed as
- part of the 2026.10.12 cycle.
 [ Impact ]

As part of the 2026.10.12 cycle RT testing, it was discovered that the
kernel failed to boot on ppc64el machines. This is due to a badly
 context-adjusted patch which I missed.

In order to fix the issue, which is originally due to applying a patch
for which the tagged Fixes commit isn't in tree, we can simply revert
the misapplied patch, since it doesn't fix anything of note.

 [ Fix ]

resolute: Revert ae19478d8ad6 ("powerpc: Don't drop _TIF_RESTOREALL on
 syscall restart")

 [ Test Plan ]

Tested by building on CBD [1] and running on a ppc64el openstack
 machine.

The fix will also be validated during boot testing.

[ What could go wrong ]

Given that only the incorrectly applied hunk is targetted, no
regressions should occur, since there seem to be no dependent patches
save for the one that was ignored in the first place.
