Public bug reported:

Right now the two dates for Release Date and Created Date do not align. E.g.
for stonking/tenacious:
$ tail -n2 /usr/share/distro-info/ubuntu.csv
```
26.10,Stonking Stingray,stonking,2026-04-24,2026-10-15,2027-07-15
27.04,Tenacious T-Rex,tenacious,2026-10-16,2027-04-22,2028-01-20
```

This leads to python3-distro-info raising a `DistroDataOutdated` for the whole
of 2026-10-15 when executing `ubuntu_versions.current_devel_codename()` due to
`_avail` in the `devel` method filtering the list of valid releases like
```
return [x for x in self._releases if date >= x.created]
```

Wouldn't it make more sense to align the Release and Created date for
the last two releases to avoid this issue arising two times a year? So
that Release Date for stonking is equal to the Created Date of tenacious
in this case.

** Affects: distro-info-data (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
