Public bug reported:

Hardware: Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 13 (21NS004UGE), Lunar Lake
BIOS: [dmidecode output] (fwupd reports system firmware as latest)
OS: Ubuntu 26.04 LTS, kernels 7.0.0-34-generic and 7.0.0-38-generic
Device: [lspci -nnk output for 0000:00:14.7] (Intel Bluetooth 8086:a876)

Problem:
With the lid closed, s2idle is entered and aborted after ~2 s, repeatedly
(~2 s awake, ~25 s pause). The battery drains while the lid is closed.
Kernel log per cycle:

btintel_pcie 0000:00:14.7: PM: pci_pm_suspend(): btintel_pcie_suspend
[btintel_pcie] returns -16
btintel_pcie 0000:00:14.7: PM: failed to suspend async: error -16
PM: Some devices failed to suspend, or early wake event detected

/sys/power/pm_wakeup_irq is empty. Masking ACPI GPEs did not change the
behavior.
The problem is reproducible on both kernels listed above.

Observations (single runs, not repeated systematically):
- btintel_pcie unloaded and bluetooth.service stopped before suspend:
one suspend of ~65 s without the error.
- Module loaded, Bluetooth soft-blocked via rfkill: one suspend of ~2 min 48 s
  without the error.
- Bluetooth active: the loop above, every cycle.

Not tested: other kernel versions, newer linux-firmware, Bluetooth firmware
version, reproduction after unblocking rfkill following the successful runs.

Workaround: block Bluetooth via rfkill before suspend.
