This is fixed in current releases. The 1.2.0.8 packages predated 64-bit
support for OSC in ChucK. With chuck 1.5.5.8 (Ubuntu since 1.5.x in
mantic; stonking has 1.5.5.8-1) the two-line example from the report
runs without error, and a round trip on localhost works using both the
legacy OscRecv/OscEvent API and the current OscOut/OscIn API.
