The kernels I tried where the system would often hang final stage of reboot/power off was: 7.0.0-38-generic and 7.0.0-34-generic.
The only kernel I tried where the issue disappeared was: 7.0.0-22-generic (Still use it today) I found these posts that could be related to the issue: #2162959, #2162928, #2161289 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2169829 Title: Intermittent hang at final stage of reboot/poweroff with AMD RX 7600 XT on 7.0.0-34; 7.0.0-22 works To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2169829/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
