Public bug reported:
`ayatana-settings` package version 24.8.27-1build1 is unusable with any
of the Yaru themes. The window is transparent with no widgets visible.
Text (and related icon) is visible (white color), so are the window
controls. If we guess the widget positions, we can enable/disable
options.
If we launch the application from terminal, we see the following error:

But the file exists in the gresource.

It is same for any of the official Yaru variants.
However,
1) when I tried Human theme, there is no issue; the window appears as expected.
2) there is no issue with version on noble (v23.11.14-1) including for Yaru
themes.
