Public bug reported:
Golang embeds the tzdata files at build time at lib/time/zoneinfo.zip as
a fallback if the system zone files aren't found. The tzdata package was
just updated to 2026e, so Golang will need to be rebuilt to included the
latest files.
This issue should not impact most Ubuntu systems which will have the
updated tzdata package, but could become an issue in minimal
environments like containers.
