Remaining changes to be merged:
- Re-enable building against X
- Added .desktop and install icon in /usr/share/pixmaps.
- Changed build depends libmysqlclient-dev to libmysqlclient15-dev.
- Correct install call for /usr/share/doc/oleo/examples.

* Add gettext to Build-Depends.
