ubuntu_bpf test failed to build on noble 6.8.0-148.148 with fatal error:
cgroup_skb_direct_packet_access.skel.h: No such file or directory
Test build was OK in 6.8.0-147.147 from 2026.09.28, after fixing another
build error bug 2160493.
This is because of upstream commit 5add3a4ad1 "selftests/bpf: add
verification for BPF_PROG_QUERY attr size boundaries" applied from
stable update bug 2169822
