Sorry for the late response as our resource was tight after the previous
vacations.

Below is our steps when performing your script. The log is the attached
debug-26-10-20.zip.

1. Install ubuntu-26.04-GA.iso
2. Install the provided deb package:
    linux-image-7.2.0-rc6+_7.2.0~rc6-00062-g5eb1833dc207-77_amd64.deb
3. reboot uname -r to check the kernel version
4.Use ipmitool to capture the serial console log
5. run: sudo ./ro-off-replug1.sh
autoprobe OFF unplug both drives, wait 10 s, replug both, then ENTER
Perform a hot-swap operation on the hard drive within the same slot (without
changing slots).
Follow the on-screen prompts provided by the script and collect the script's
output log.
6. After a hot-plug operation, the OS fails to detect the hard drive; however,
the drive is correctly recognized after the OS is rebooted.
7. Following each hot-plug event, the OS is rebooted to ensure the hard drive
is detected before executing `ro-off-replug1.sh` to complete the test.
8. A total of 10 test runs were performed; the test logs have been saved in
`debug-26-10-20.zip`.
