Public bug reported:
The apt package's autopkgtests are failing due to the following error:
1161s (166/330) Testcase test-bug-747261-arch-specific-conflicts: dpkg-
checkbuilddeps: error: unmet build dependencies: coreutils-from-uutils
@juliank mentioned that this error is caused by a change to dpkg, where
`coreutils-from-uutils` is always inserted as a Build-Depend, unless
built-in build dependencies are ignored or `coreutils-from-gnu` is
installed. This was for allowing build-essential to use GNU coreutils
also.
The issue is that apt's test environment does not mark `coreutils-from-
uutils` as an installed package and will thus fail on `dpkg-
checkbuilddeps`.
