Public bug reported:

[Impact]

ubuntu-lint is a new tool for Ubuntu developers to catch common mistakes
in their packages uploads. It is also used by the SRU team to check
uploads in the unapproved queue.

It first appeared in stonking and was available in a PPA for resolute to
get initial feedback. Now, we want to SRU it back to resolute to make it
more easily available.

[Test Plan]

1. The packages autopkgtest suite must pass.
2. The ubuntu-lint CLI should be exercised on a basic upload.
3. The dput hooks should be exercised on a basic upload.

For (2) and (3), we are looking for any obvious regressions. The
testsuite handles specific cases in more detail.

[Where problems could occur]

The new version carries the risk of breaking existing users on stonking,
or not working correctly on resolute. The test plan tries to avoid this
by ensuring the testsuite passes, and by doing some basic smoke tests.

This tool is for Ubuntu developers only. General users of Ubuntu are
very unlikely to have this package installed.

** Affects: ubuntu-lint (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
