Not sure if this is the same or different bug: I have several folders in my Bookmarks Toolbar Folder so they appear on the Bookmarks Toolbar. On Windows Firefox I used to be able to drag the folders around to re-order them on the Toolbar, in the up-to-date firefox This is not possible.
