Upstream merged https://github.com/OpenSCAP/openscap/pull/2451, which moves the helper next to the SCE engine in the RPM spec. Debian packaging needs its own change. The Debian maintainer accepted my debdiff moving oscap-run-sce-script to openscap-common (https://bugs.debian.org/1149128) and plans to upload it with the new upstream release. I'll prepare an SRU for 26.04 once it's in Debian.
