Public bug reported:

wine blocks the ffmpeg 8 -> 9 transition in tenacious and can't be
rebuilt there, so it is likely to be removed (LP: #2172059). This
package needs fixing or removing along with it.

matomo 5.8.0-1ubuntu2 depends on fonts-wine, so it would become
uninstallable when wine is removed.

Debian: not in testing. 5.8.0-1 has been blocked in unstable for 218
days by #1149621 "matomo: Remove phpmailer 6 patch to fix
installability" (wine isn't the stated reason there).

Suggested fix: drop or replace the fonts-wine dependency (check what
matomo uses those fonts for). Otherwise remove.

Seeded: no.

     Importance: Undecided
