Public bug reported:

wine 10.0~repack-12ubuntu1 blocks the ffmpeg 8 -> 9 transition in
tenacious (https://transitions.ubuntu.com/html/auto-ffmpeg.html) and
can't be rebuilt. It needs fixing, or removing from tenacious.

Why it can't be rebuilt in tenacious, ffmpeg aside: it build-depends on
unicode-data (<< 17), unicode-idna (<< 17) and unicode-cldr-core (<<
47), and tenacious has 17.0.0-2, 17.0.0-0.1 and 48.2-1. The Unicode
tables are regenerated at build time (tools/make_unicode,
debian/patches/generate/unicode.patch). The current binaries depend on
ffmpeg 8 (libavcodec62, libavformat62, libavutil60), and ffmpeg 9 cannot
smooth-update, so they would become uninstallable and hold ffmpeg in
-proposed.

Debian: wine is not in testing. 10.0~repack-12 has been blocked in
unstable for 328 days by RC bugs #1121773, #1127141, #1127144, #1127544
and #1146075, and it can't build in sid either (same unicode bounds). It
was never rebuilt for ffmpeg 9 there.

Possible fixes: relax the unicode bounds and check that the build and
generated tables are fine, or move to a newer wine (wine 11) that
supports the current Unicode data.

Seeded: wine32, wine32-preloader and wine32-tools are in the i386 seed
(i386.tenacious). Not seeded in any flavour.

If it is removed, these also need fixing or removing (separate bugs
filed): winetricks (and protontricks through it), ntldd, pq, dxvk, lmms,
matomo, carla.
