Public bug reported:
During Ubuntu release upgrade, I was asked to submit a problem report
related to a bind9 error. This took me to "The upgrade has aborted.
Your system could be in an unusable state. A recovery will run now."
I then used named-checkconf for troubleshooting. This pointed to an
include statement in the named.conf.local file that references
zones.rfc1918 which was unfortunately renamed by the release upgrade and
no longer exists except for the zones.rfc1918.dpkg-backup copy.
