Public bug reported: request-tracker5 builds its bundled CKEditor 4 with ckbuilder without passing a version, so the minified ckeditor.min.js reports CKEDITOR.version = "DEV". Firefox 148 changed iframe load handling and added a compatibility workaround that is only applied when it detects CKEditor 4 via its version string (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2002481). Because RT's copy reports "DEV", the workaround is not applied and the RT rich-text editor fails to load for all Firefox 148+ users, breaking ticket replies/comments with the WYSIWYG editor.
