Public bug reported:
Upon attempting to install GNOME Clocks via the App Center in Ubuntu
26.10, installation continues to fail with no pop-up to explain what is
causing the issue. The install button begins to process as if the
application is getting installed, only to revert to its initial state as
if the app was never installed.
When attempting to install the app via the terminal with `sudo snap
install gnome-clocks`, the following error message is shown:
"error: cannot perform the following tasks:
- Mount snap "gnome-clocks" (484) (installation not allowed by "desktop" plug
rule of interface "desktop" for "gnome-clocks" snap)"
