to fix the generation of cert/CSR in libekmfweb to use RSA instead of
RSA-PSS. (LP: #2130425)
* Add package adduser to d/control Depends, since it is used in postinst,
but it's not flagged as an essential package. (LP: #2162891)
* Add d/p/lp-2163182-zkey-Adjust-CCA-host-library-version-detection.patch
to fix CCA host version detection for newer CCA versions. (LP: #2163182)
* Add the following four patches:
d/p/lp-2103414-util_arch-Fix-max-HSA-size-for-Z16-machine.patch
d/p/lp-2103414-s390-tools-libutil-Add-machine-type-3932.patch
d/p/lp-2103414-libutil-Add-machine-type-definition-for-z17.patch
d/p/lp-2103414-cpumf-lscpumf-Add-support-for-IBM-z17-counter-sets.patch
to add full z17 support to libutil and cpu_mf and fix max HSA size
under-reporting. (LP: #2103414)
