Public bug reported:

Please remove the leela-zero s390x binaries (0.17-1.3) from tenacious.

leela-zero 0.17-1.4 (boost 1.92 transition sync) is in dep-wait on
s390x:

  mesa-opencl-icd | opencl-icd

(a <!nocheck> build-dependency used by the test suite). No OpenCL ICD
has been published on s390x in tenacious (neither mesa-opencl-icd nor
pocl-opencl-icd), so the package can't be built there any more. The
0.17-1.3 s390x binaries in the release pocket were carried over from an
older series, and the missing s390x build is blocking leela-zero from
migrating, which in turn holds the boost 1.92 transition.

All other architectures built fine.

Debian status: leela-zero 0.17-1.4 is in testing, including on s390x
(Debian ships mesa-opencl-icd there).

Reverse dependencies on s390x (checked on stonking, the tenacious
indexes aren't available to reverse-depends yet):

$ reverse-depends -r stonking -a s390x src:leela-zero
Reverse-Recommends
==================
* liblizzie-java                (for leela-zero)

$ reverse-depends -r stonking -b -a s390x src:leela-zero
Reverse-Build-Depends-Indep
===========================
* lizzie                        (for leela-zero)

Neither blocks the removal: liblizzie-java only recommends leela-zero,
and lizzie is arch:all and builds on amd64.

** Affects: leela-zero (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
