I'm experiencing the same issue on Ubuntu 26.04.1 (Microsoft Windows App on macOS -> gnome-remote-desktop, Remote Login), and I have also worked around it by downgrading libfreerdp3-3, libfreerdp-server3-3 and libwinpr3-3 to 3.24.2.
