Public bug reported:

Please consider building xclip on i386. I believe its dependencies are
satisfiable there.

python3-pyperclip has
Recommends: xclip | xsel | wl-clipboard | python3-qtpy | python3-pyqt5

My thinking is that python-qtpy shows up on the component mismatches
reports because it is Architecture: all so it is satisfiable even on
i386 but xclip is not.

Some packages need to be permanently added to the update-i386-allowlist
script if there isn't a strong dependency keeping it there. xclip might
be one of these cases.
