lapack (3.12.1-8ubuntu2) tenacious; urgency=medium
* d/rules: set Doxygen MAN_LINKS=YES when generating man pages so that
per-routine man page aliases (e.g. dsyev(3) -> heev(3)) are generated
again, restoring "man <routine>" lookups in liblapack-doc (LP: #2119473).
