Summary: ucsi_acpi fails PPM init at every boot on 7.0.0-38 and 7.0.0-42
(Dell Pro Max 18 Plus MB18250, BIOS 3.5.2, Intel Core Ultra 9 285HX).
USB-C dock display and Type-C ports disappear until the driver is
reloaded.
Kernel log: ucsi_acpi USBC000:00: error -ETIMEDOUT: PPM init failed
(sometimes preceded by con2: failed to register alt modes).
/sys/class/typec is empty and boltctl shows nothing.
Workaround: modprobe -r ucsi_acpi && modprobe ucsi_acpi after boot
restores the ports and the dock display. After the reload, UCSI_GET_PDOS
failed (-5) appears a few times.
Regression: kernel 6.17.0-1033-oem on 10/21 had working Type-C ports and
dock display. BIOS was 3.3.2 then, and the failure persists after
updating to 3.5.2.
