Public bug reported:

I've just noticed that my rsync backups of a Windows (ntfs) partition
fail for a file called:

"Re: [Ticket201507030236] support request....."

which can no longer be accessed in Stonking.
When I run ls in its directory I see:
ls: cannot access './Re: [Ticket201507030236] support request..."

It was OK in Resolute.

Indeed, if I reboot to the old Resolute kernel (7.0.0-38-generic) it is
accessible again.

So it's an issue with the ntfs3 module in 7.3.0-10-generic (and was also
an issue in 7.3.0-9-generic).

The issue also happens for a file called "Re: test", so I;m assuming
that the problem is the ":".
