As I said in September, this did not land on the ISO for 24.04.5. There
will be no respin of 24.04.5 unfortunately, so the workaround is to
install using 6.8 and then install the 7.0 HWE afterwards if that kernel
is needed.
I did discuss this a few times and the team was unable to get the ISOs
updated to resolve this.
