Verified fixed in 7.0.0-42.42: internal keyboard and Caps Lock LED both work with i8042.dumbkbd=1 removed (EV_LED present, /sys/class/leds/input3::capslock registered, serio0 err_count 0). Upstream aefbda23eeba234c3ff0f135dc5be6e294bd25a6, merged via v7.3-rc3. Please set the task to Fix Released for resolute.
