Hi Canonical,
here are the verification results on Resolute from Jan that he already did two
weeks ago.
His comment with the results was accidentally not mirrored to Launchpad when
Jan posted it, therefore I am re-posting his comment.
Sorry for the delay.

============================================================================
Verification performed by Jan on b46lp08:

- OS: Ubuntu 26.04.1 LTS (Resolute), s390x
- Kernel tested: 7.0.0-39-generic
- Bug: LP#2165732 / LTC BZ#222376
- Upstream fix: 337bd95507a16063687cfc286ea90de5cca48c37
"s390/cpumf: Install CPU hotplug handler"

CPU 1 was brought offline and back online during an active perf stat
session running stress-ng:

echo 0 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online
perf stat -e cycles -i -- \
stress-ng --timeout 10s --matrix 1 &
sleep 1
echo 1 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online
wait

Result: PASS

- CPU 1 was successfully brought back online.
- stress-ng completed successfully with no failed stressors.
- perf stat exited with status 0.
- perf reported 24,554,097 cycles.
- No panic, oops, BUG, call trace, or CPUMF error was found in dmesg.

The fix is successfully verified for Resolute with kernel
7.0.0-39-generic.

The additionally requested AWS and Azure kernel flavours are not
available in our s390x environment and could therefore not be tested.
