The backport for haproxy 2.8 in Noble (24.04) is fundamentally different than the backport for 2.4 in Jammy (22.04). The former is identical with upstream 2.8, which at this point has been deployed tens of thousands of times since it's release on October 14th (upstream 2.8.31). There are no reported issues with upstream haproxy 2.8.31.
That doesn't mean there is no issue with 2.8 / 24.04. It does mean that whoever has an issue with 2.8 / 24.04 needs to file a new bug and provide a reproducer so someone can take a look. But again, it is not the same issue. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2172897 Title: haproxy 2.4.30-0ubuntu0.22.04.3: CVE-2026-110354 backport causes intermittent 502 (PH) on valid chunked responses To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/haproxy/+bug/2172897/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
