Thanks for your bugreport.
This is one of the "third party" applications in gnome-app-install. As
the tooltip explains these are "provided by independant software vendors
and not part of ubuntu". The description text is also pretty clear
IMHO.
Gnome-app-instll offers you to limit the view to only free/open-source
applications if you prefer not to see third party offerings/non-free
applications.
I would like to reject the bug based on this reasoning.
