Please remove the dart arm64 and ppc64el binaries
(6.13.2+ds-3fakesync1build7) from tenacious.
That is all arch-specific binaries of src:dart on those two
architectures: libdart6.13, libdart-dev, libdart-all-dev,
python3-dartpy, libdart-collision-{bullet,ode}6.13 and -dev, libdart-
external-{imgui,lodepng,odelcpsolver}6.13 and -dev, libdart-
external-{convhull-3d,ikfast}-dev, libdart-gui6.13, libdart-gui-osg6.13
and -dev, libdart-optimizer-{ipopt,nlopt}6.13 and -dev, libdart-
utils6.13, libdart-utils-urdf6.13 and -dev, plus their -dbgsym.
Why: the new dart doesn't build on arm64 and ppc64el in tenacious, and
the old binaries block the nlopt 2.11 transition (libnlopt0 ->
libnlopt1, no smooth update). britney tries nlopt together with its
rebuilt reverse dependencies (phyx, pynest2d, mia, spades, r-cran-
nloptr, bolt-lmm, slic3r-prusa) and rejects it because the old libdart-
optimizer-nlopt6.13, libdart-all-dev and python3-dartpy become
uninstallable. mia is also part of the boost 1.92 transition.
Build state in tenacious-proposed (built against eigen3 5.0.1-3):
- ppc64el: 5 tests fail (INTEGRATION_Friction, test_CollisionGroups,
test_ContactConstraint, test_Collision aborted, test_Issue1445). Same with -O2
as with the default -O3.
- arm64: 6.13.2+ds-4fakesync1ubuntu2 had 25 of 71 tests aborting;
6.13.2+ds-4fakesync1ubuntu3~ppa1 now fails earlier on -Werror=address in
unittests/integration/test_CollisionGroups.cpp:59.
This is meant to be temporary: dart 6.13.2+ds-4+b1 builds and passes its
tests on arm64 and ppc64el in Debian (same eigen3 5.0.1-3, but GCC 16
instead of 15), so the cause looks toolchain related and is being looked
at in a PPA. Debian status: dart is in testing with arm64 and ppc64el
binaries; Debian has not removed them.
Reverse dependencies (checked on stonking, the tenacious indexes aren't
available to reverse-depends yet):

None of them blocks the removal: science-robotics-dev and science-
simulations only recommend libdart-dev.
