First thing, I have solved the sound bug with the Method G (see here :

with my Dell Precision M6300
But there is another bug very annoying : the sound anormaly grow up when
I play sound or video.
If I can give you more technical informations, just tell me :)
PS : I posted this bug report first in the Dell Ubuntu Project. I don't
know if it's a good idea to post it here too. All apologize if I should
not :o/
