I tried yesterday booting to the kernel 2.6.22 (25/01/2008) with all
possible updates apt-got...
Same symptoms...
Downloading goes from 64kb/s to 5000bytes, up and down, up and down . . . .
when i reboot to 2.6.20-15: constant 64kb/s
