Binary package hint: debian-installer
After start of the alternative installation CD of Ubuntu Hardy alpha3
the installation hangs during ACPI processing.
I could provide a screen shot if necessary.
It would be fine to get any advice to debug the problem or to use the right
boot parameters.
Here is my system configuration (excerpts from Win-Vista system informations)
