The same description is used for both
org.freedesktop.hal.storage.crypto-setup-removable and crypto-setup-fixed:
"Set up decryption for encrypted storage devices"
it should probably say:
"Set up decryption for encrypted removable storage devices"
and
"Set up decryption for encrypted internal storage devices"

I run latest Hardy, descriptions are user visible in Authorizations
dialog.
