I think he's referring to the lack of information that you provided. The correct way to handle that is to ask questions, not tell someone to not post bugs again. That said, you can ignore rude comments. We try to be helpful around here, but there will always be bugs in that, too. If you'd like to give us more information to help us figure out what your problem is, it would be appreciated.
