Thanks for your report. The cause of various extensions not working with
Nautilus is the switch to gvfs (see
http://stompbox.typepad.com/blog/2008/01/gvfs-enabled-na.html).
nautilus-wallpaper seems unmaintained, so someone needs to come up with
a patch that will make it work with the gio API.
