I've unassigned the Ubuntu Bugs team which is just used to get bug mail
to the ubuntu-bugs mailing list and isn't a real team nor one that fixes
bugs. Additionally, bugs normally should only be assigned to a team
when the bug is "In Progress" and someone is working on fixing that bug.
