Can you please start system-config-printer (System -> Administration ->
Printing), click on "Server Settings" on the left and then mark "Save
debugging information for troubleshooting"? Then send jobs to the PDF
queue again until the PDF creation fails (check also whether you do not
run out of disk space, command "df -h ~"). After that check
/var/log/cups/error_log and /var/log/messages. Attach these files to
this bug report.
