I think that you should speak of this problem to Gnucash people since
this information is on their website. Unfortunatly, Ubuntu people can't
fix this. You can open a bug report in the Gnucash bug tracking system
here : http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GnuCash or
perhaps that you can find another way to speak to people who maintain
the gnucash wiki from the official gnucash website
